Many highly sensitive women have learned to overthink and overanalyse — a self-protective survival behaviour that stems from a need for safety.
But overthinking inadvertently trains us to mistrust our intuition and regard our deep inner wisdom with suspicion and doubt.

You may have noticed that I use the word 'create' rather than 'manifest'. This is quite deliberate.

Being a highly sensitive person forces you to be adaptable and resourceful from an early age to survive out in the wild. But many highly sensitive women get stuck living in a constant state of hyperarousal and overactivation.
Natural empaths, we constantly absorb other people's emotions, often ignore our vital need for downtime and rest, and regularly confuse being in survival mode with motivation.
This is a mentally, emotionally and physically exhausting way to live, and it's hard to stay grounded and focused when you're running on empty.

From Anxiety to Inner Calm: A Client's Journey of Healing and Self-Understanding
Many highly sensitive women I work with share a common struggle — they've done years of inner work, read all the books, maybe even seen multiple therapists, yet still find themselves looping through the same cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
