    There’s no swinging pocket watch, mind control, amnesia, or clucking like a chicken involved. 

    You’ll be awake and aware the entire time, and nothing can happen without your full consent and participation in the process.

    While this work can feel deeply healing and transformational, it is not a substitute for therapy, psychological treatment, or medical care.

  • Yes. Hypnosis is a completely safe, collaborative process that helps you access your subconscious mind in a calm and supported way.

    You are always aware, always in control, and can come out of hypnosis at any time.
