Break Free is my highest level of support, designed to help you align your thoughts, beliefs, and habits with your deepest desire for success, abundance, and growth.
90-min. Foundational session to get you started.
We start with an initial session over Zoom. This is where we’ll delve further into your goals for our time together and for us to co-create the coaching collaboration.
Personalised support and tools to move you forward.
You’ll come away with manageable tools, exercises and hypnosis recordings to help you reset unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and habits that sabotaged you in the past. These will allow you to cultivate self-trust, resilience and a new self-care practice so that you can creating what you want with joy, ease and optimism.
4x 60-min sessions.
The Break Free framework is designed to focus on 2 areas that most impact your progress. Using coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP and positive psychology we’ll work to resolve them and set a new path forward.
We’ll work at a pace that is comfortable for you, but I highly recommend that sessions are spaced no more than 2 weeks apart.
Final 60min. Integration Session
We’ll review and integrate the work we’ve done together and set your next best action steps toward your goals and dreams.
Convenient online video sessions from anywhere in the world.
Sessions are conducted on Google Meet and can be done in the comfort of your home. Find a quiet spot where you’ll be undisturbed, pull some comfy yoga pants, and grab a cup of tea and a notepad.
Email and Voxer support between sessions.
There may be times when you need to ask questions, get a little extra support or celebrate a win. You can always shoot me an email, and I use a free app called Voxer to stay connected with my clients. I’m available to you Monday - Friday between sessions and will do my best to respond within 24-48 hours.

It’s all good. A 1:1 Power Hour will help you get clarity on the particular obstacles and challenges getting in your way.
Once we have clarity, we’ll use my framework will help you get to the root cause of your challenges and give you the tools and practices to move beyond them.

I’m aware that some people feel uncertain about subconscious work and that it may even be a little daunting.
That’s what I love about this work. It’s grounded in positive psychology and the science of Neuroplasticity. The coaching, hypnosis and NLP techniques I use are well-researched and evidence based.
The amazing thing about working to unravel unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviours at a subconscious level is that it’s faster and more effective in helping you reach your goals than conventional talk therapy.

This can be a little confusing if you’ve never experienced hypnotherapy before.
Some conventional therapies are very good at finding a problem. Others are very good at trying to change it. Hypnotherapy is very good at bringing the two approaches together which can lead to profound, powerful and rapid change.
While conventional therapies tend to focus on trying to understand your past experiences and resolve trauma, the work we do together will be forward and future-focused. We start with where you are in this moment and focus on where you want to go and what you’re trying to build.
I use hypnotic techniques to help my clients relax into a deep state of focus and intense concentration, which allows for greater freedom and creativity in the coaching process.
We communicate and collaborate directly with the subconscious mind so that we can create real transformation and growth.
There’s no swinging pocket watch, mind control, blacking out, or clucking like a chicken involved. You’ll be awake and aware the entire time, and nothing can happen without your full consent and participation in the process.
