6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value both structure and spaciousness within this work, and ask that all clients honor the time and energy reserved for their sessions.

By booking a session or program, you agree to the following:

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Sessions missed without notice, or cancelled within 24 hours, may be forfeited or charged in full

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when possible; however:

  • Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in termination of services at our discretion

  • Sessions must be used within the agreed program timeframe unless otherwise approved

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary and will provide appropriate notice.

This structure supports the integrity of the work and ensures each client receives the presence and care this experience is designed to hold.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to:
